Here at Consova we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide a service requested by your employer. Consova agrees to hold and control only the data absolutely necessary for the processing of our eligibility verification services. Conova stores all of your data using secure encryption and maintain a data protection officer to ensure privacy and security needs are being constantly met.

Consova agrees to remove your data from our systems, upon your request, per the terms stipulated in your employer's contract. This includes the removal of all personal information, and status and outcomes of our eligibility verification process.

Consova also agrees to provide you with a copy of the data gathered by Consova through the eligibility verification process as stipulated within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
